Liva Home provides a 24-month limited warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, commencing from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers the replacement of all products if they fail due to:
Manufacturing defects
Faulty materials
Workmanship issues
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Use for commercial purposes
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Contact support@thelivahome.com within 24 months of delivery
Provide your order number and a description of the fault
Include photos or video evidence of the issue
We may request return of the faulty unit
Valid claims will receive one free replacement unit per warranty period at no cost
Extra replacements incur a fee of £10 that covers shipping and fulfilment fees
Processing typically takes 2-3 business days (excluding delivery time)
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.
