What happens after you place an order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busier periods, dispatch may take around 6 business days.
What if you entered the wrong address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thelivahome.com with the subject line “Urgent – Address Update”.
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to guarantee amendments.
How to track you order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update after dispatch.
When you will receive your order
Our current average delivery time is 8–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Where does your order ship from
To offer international delivery and accessible pricing, we work with trusted logistics partners, including fulfilment centres in China. This allows us to ship efficiently to customers across multiple regions.
Shipping exclusions
We do not ship to the United States due to tariff and customs constraints.
We also do not ship to territories administered by occupying authorities. For customers in Palestine and Sudan, we offer a 50% discount on all orders where delivery is possible. To get your discount code, email us at support@thelivehome.com with either "Palestine" or "Sudan" in the subject line.
Lost or stolen orders
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, please email us at support@thelivahome.com and we’ll review the situation carefully and assist where possible.
